An Identity Atlas Drawing Expedition with Nicole Wittauer

This signature art experience is for curious humans who are excited about exploring the hidden treasures of their own minds. They are currently frustrated by all the things they are “supposed to be”, and want the space to find out who they are for themselves without judgement.

They just want to understand themselves better so that they can show up in sync with the world.

Sure, they may feel a tiny bit guilty investing in an art adventure because they’re used to everything having a “purpose” or being forced to “work towards a goal". However, they know that learning more about themselves is the next step towards living the life they want - and they’re willing to take the risk of maybe feeling a little bit silly or self-conscious to get there.

Hearing “you don’t have to be good at drawing!” may make them a little skeptical, but the idea of being able to truly discover their inner talents makes them ready to pick up the pen. Rather than following someone else's path or expectations - they want to approach this journey with an open mind, and an enthusiastic heart.

It might not come easy to give themselves permission to embark on a playful, self-discovery journey, as they’ve learned to put everyone else first.

Does this sound a little bit like you?

You might be a good fit if:

  • You feel as if you’re not getting anywhere, despite meditating regularly, to connect to deeper inner wisdom, because your mind is so busy and can’t find that calm.

  • The idea of waking up at 5am to perform a rigorous, scheduled routine for self-improvement makes you want to crawl under the covers and never come out.

  • Your bookshelf is filled with self-help books that are half-read because they’re boring and not pertinent to your experience of life. You want to grow, but don’t want someone else to tell you how to do it.

  • You’re not quite sure how to articulate exactly what it is you’re looking for - you intuitively know, but you haven’t found “the thing” yet.

  • You have a pen, a piece of paper, and a playful mindset and you’d rather improve your life through play, than “working on yourself”.

  • You tend to have people praise you for all that you do, but you find their words difficult to identify with. Something inside you feels like you're living someone else's life, while your true self feels a bit lost and misunderstood.

  • You’re tired of trying to be who you’re supposed to be, and you’d like to figure out who you actually are, so that the imposter syndrome that's lurking in the shadows can finally disappear.

If you’re ready to embark on a drawing expedition into your subconscious mind, then you’re in exactly the right place!

Here’s How It Works:

During this Drawing Expedition, we’ll be exploring the Garden of Talents . Here’s what you can expect:

  1. First things first, you’ll receive the overview map of the Identity Atlas in pdf form, so you can begin to see all the places within the Identity Atlas that we plan to explore, and how the Garden of Talents fits into the bigger picture.

  2. Once you’ve got that in hand, it’s time to hop on zoom and draw! There will be four live sessions with our little adventure group. Don’t freak out if you think you’re a terrible artist, this is about getting into flow and connecting with your subconscious mind, not making a presentable art piece for others to judge.

  3. Once we’ve explored a specific area of your Garden, we’ll have space at the end of each session to discuss what came up. This is a space where all ideas and thoughts are welcome, no matter how weird or different they feel. We’re not trying to be perfect people here, instead this is a place to shed expectations and show up as your true self.

  4. Finally, once you’ve pulled out all your treasures, we’ll work together to create a clearer view of all the gifts that you have available. This Drawing Expedition is designed to help you see all the unique ways in which you are meant to move through the world. You’ll walk away more deeply connected to all you have to offer.

During our Zoom sessions, we will absolutely be doodling and drawing but I will also be checking in with you and holding space for the feelings that come up. You’ll receive emotional support as we dive in to your identity. Art is a personal, emotional thing. In this container, you are held as a human. All that you might feel and want to express is fully accepted here.

Does this sound freaking awesome?

So, what’s the investment?

The suggested price for this program is $249, due before the first session is scheduled. That being said, I am a strong believer that art is a tool that should be available to everyone. If this sounds like the perfect fit for you, I want you to join us!

If $249 is financially out of reach for you currently, feel free to adjust the price to what feels comfortable in your budget, anywhere from $99 to $249. Everyone in this class will be enthusiastically welcomed, regardless of payment.

Are you in?
